I am looking for family with the name Retzer, originating in Germany, I believe. My father's birth name was Thomas Retzer. He was born in South Dakota on May 3, 1940. When adopted by Helen Buttner his name was changed to Dwain Maurice Buttner. He lived in Vancouver WA from 1943 -? and at the time of his death in 1997. He has three sons, and one other daughter living in or around the Pacific Northwest. He moved to Tacoma for a while and raced cars. He was a amateur HAM radio operator.
