My husband is John Paul Miller born July 31, 1964. He was adopted via Catholic Services in Rapid City, South Dakota. His adoptive parents:Paul Anthony Miller and Doreen Theresa (Ferrero) Miller are now deceased.

We heard two conflicting stories regarding his adoption. If anyone knows anything, it would be most appreciated.
