I had a son born in Ponce P.R. back in 1971 I was told he died at a week old but i know he is out there some were.His name at birth was Nelson Joseph Vazquez my name was Muriel Diller We lived in Salinas P.R.at the time of his birth. Please help me find him.Thank you all
