I am searching for my niece. born Jan 1984 (or 1983) in Providence RI. Her birth name is Stephanie Marie Caprio. Her birth mother is Christine Caprio. She went into foster care around 1986 and I believe she was adopted by her foster family and could possibly still reside here in Rhode Island.
