My father and my uncle were adopted at birth by the same couple from the same young couple. Its an odd story that I could never make any sense of and no one living knows any details. Supposedly a young woman in Philly got pregnant, and an adoption was arranged my a church, her baby (my father) was adopted by my grandparents. Not much later she contacted them, she was pregnant and wanted them to adopt this new baby. They did adopt him (my uncle). There is NO records of the adoptions, they burned them from what I was told. My father has no interest in knowing, my uncle will sign what ever needs to be signed as long as I do the leg work. I have nothing to go on but my grandparents names before they changed them and my dad and uncles DOB's.

Any advise?
