I am looking for the biological parents/family of a boy that was born with the name Xavier (unknown last) on April 10, 1996 in Pittsburgh, PA. He was immediately put up in foster care and had a family that named him Corey. He was then adopted at 11 months and given the name Nick Buckle. He knows that he has an older brother and sister. His mother is Caucasian and his dad is African-American. Does anyone have any leads on that DOB? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
