I have a brother & sister who is looking for her. Her biological mother is Marie Teresa Hartnett Mathis who was married to Albert E Mathis, Jr. Lived in Philly area and was given up in the 1950s. Believe Regina had a difference bio father. There are 4 siblings in PA & OH from the Hartnett/Mathis marriage. I am assisting them in locating their half sister.
