I'm looking for my half-sister. She was adopted in or abt 1963/64 in Oregon. I don't know much more then that though. I know a couple of things that I will discuss when I believe that I'm close to finding her. The lawyers office, I think, burned down so my mother never how else to get ahold of her. I don't know anything about trying to find adoption records so if someone could point me in the right directions it would be greatly appreciated!!
