What was the date of birth? I have the amended births from 1940-58.
Was she born later than that? If so I have the OH Birth Index 1959-89 [with some years missing] and the amended births for same years.

If its earlier than 1940 you might have to contact the Vital Statistics in Columbus to verify the adoption?
