As I said my amended births are from 1940-1958 so I cannot give you the info you are asking for.
If you have a current original birth certificate its possible that she was never legally adopted. Several children were raised that way without ever being legally adopted but they used the Foster Parents last names.

You can call the Vital Statistics and give them the info and ask them if they can tell you if she was ever legally adopted. OK?
