My father was abandened at city Hospital on welfare island his parents droped him off and never came back (Thomas Springer and Bertha Hayes) on june 14 1928 he was placed in the New York nursey and childs hospital. it was located at 161 west 61st street in Manhattan. In 1930 hew was adopted by TT Aarup and Edna M Aarup. if anyone out there has any information on how i can find out his bio parents please let me know. My dad is 87 years old and all he wants is to find out who he really is. i had a dna done on him and it says he is Irish,west European, and Greek. thank you so much for your help
