I have a brother & sister who is looking for her. Her biological mother is Marie Teresa Hartnett Mathis who was married to Albert E Mathis, Jr. Lived in Philly area and was given up in the 1950s. Regina had a difference bio father. There are four siblings in PA & OH from the Hartnett/Mathis marriage. Her bio mother was in the Waynesboro Hospital in PA. The Catholic nuns took care of this adoption while she was in the hospital. It is believed the adoptive parents were from New York. I am assisting them in locating their half sister.
