I'm looking for my biological brother who was born blonde with hazel eyes and looks just like my twin and I ,except he is a boy and has a different father. His birth name was Raymond Fracisco Licano born on April 6, 1976 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was given up for adoption on Feb 22, 1977. Any help would be really appreciated. The other kids were born years later. I really want to know who our missing brother is. He is half latin and probably doesnt know it because he is blonde.I would really appreciate any help.
