My sister-in-law was born on or about July 17, 1955 in Alameda or Albuquerque. She was left on a doorstep shortly after birth in a gunnysack with an attached note. The contents of the note are "sealed". She was adopted by a family by the name of Wise. She is in poor health and would like to find out more about her birth family, especially medical histories. A distinguishing physical feature is her left arm and hand which are only partially formed.
