I was born 2/19/1971 at St Joes in Paterson NJ. My biological mother named me Susan, my mom changed it to Suzanne. I was adopted through Catholic Charities. Tentatively looking for biological family. Not looking to uproot anyones life just curious and would love to get any medical information.
