Did you find your brother Timmy? I know a black guy who lives in Texas whose birth name was Timmy but adoptive name is Andre. Please email me if this seems like it could be the same person. His adoptive parents is a Pastor and Pastor's wife, and I believe he was adopted off of a base in Amarillo Texas.
