I am searching for the birth parent(s) of ROBERT EUGENE MCKINNEY born in Lincoln, NE. He was adopted by Neff & Emma Sowerwine and renamed ROBERT NEFF SOWERWINE. He is listed in the 1930 Census as being 11/12 months old and living with the Sowerwines. The Census was enumerated April 9, 1930 and he was born April 8, 1929, so it was taken possibly in May 1930 with the adoption being done between those dates.
