My husband's father and 2 brothers were placed in St. Thomas' by their mother Lena Barnes Howard. Austin was born in 1916, Willard 1914, and Raymond 1912. Ray ran away from St. Thomas', Willard left. However, there are no records of Austin. It is our understanding that Austin deceased at an early age and we believe while a resident of the Orpahage. They were not adopted, therefore, we have not found in records for the orphange. Does anyone have any information or suggestion for how to follow up on this information. Thank you Paulette
