That would be Havelock, NE...a small town taken over into Lincoln, Lancaster Co., NE. Have you tried the Vital Records department in Lincoln? Check the Lincoln Journal newspaper's archives, back then they always put births in the newspaper.
I don't believe Havelock has a newspaper, everyone gets the Journal. Email me and I'll talk with my husband about other ways to find information, he was raised there. Perhaps I can check his year book, I'll have to see if he has one for that year, if not I'm sure we know someone in Lincoln who has one. Terry
