My husband's mother (Sharon) was put up for adoption along with several brothers and sisters (Sharon, Shirley, Vivian, deceased sister, Robert, Donnie, John, Ronnie). They have found their mother Joyce Tiff (deceased). They claimed to be missing a baby brother, however, his mother claims there were 14 children in all. There ancestry seems to be lost. There was a story that the father Robert Tiff died from a rather strange death. The information you have provided sound as though you could be from this family.
