My deceased father, born Stanley Mckenzie, Jan 11,1919, was adopted by John R. Gracy and Lillian Gracy in Oct of 1919. The adoption took place at Wahoo,Ne.They lived at Ceresco,Ne for a while before moving to Oklahoma and then finally to Rogers, Arkansas. Stanley was born at Havelock,Ne, a suburb of Lincoln. We are trying to locate the birth parents. His adoptive mother, Lillian was a member of the GRAHAM ROWELL family of Lincoln,Ne. Lillian had two sisters, Carrie Williamson/Witzel,and Hazel.The Rowell family lived in the Lincoln area around 1900-1930's.
