I was born February 15, 1975 in Fayetteville, NC.

My mother's name was Julie and according to social services her birthdate was February 12, 1957.

I do not know where my mother was born for sure, but was hoping someone near Fayetteville would be able to look up Julies born on that date in 1957 in case she was born there.

Also, I am looking for someone who can look up legal notices around 1974 and 1975 for a termination of parental rights. I imagine they would have my father's name on them Daniel Miller.

I am hoping they may provide a surname for my mother or a birth name for me.
