My husband's DOB was changed when he was adopted. He was born approximately a year before his birth certificate. It states he was born in 1962 when he was adopted, but his aunt that went with his adoptive parents to pick him up said he was nearly a year old. His adoptive parents are deceased now so we can't ask them.
