I was given up for adoption by my mother who was 16-17 yrs. old. I was born at General Hospital at 2:02 p.m. The Jackson CO. Juvenile Circuit Court handled the adoption. I was adopted by Jahue C. and Vaunda L. Pratt of Gladstone, MO. I was 2 1/2 months old. I have a piece of paper written by my birth mom that has my weights from birth till 04/20/66, at the top of the paper it has "Baby Francis F. Birthdate 02/12/66". I don't want to disrupt anyones life just need to know my medical history if possible. Any info would help.
