On February 20th, 1963 in Portland, Oregon at the Albertina Kerr Nursery Home and Adoption Center she gave me the name Teresa Joy Tuttle and I was then given up for adoption. My original birth certificate says she was 17 at that time and was born in St. Paul, Minnesota. I look forward to meeting any family she has/had.
