Born in Coldwater, MI, per birth cert. But was not adopted until July of 1960. Michigan Childrens Institute handled adoption. Finalized in Washtenaw County, Ann Arbor MI in 1960.
Either put into an orphanage at birth and waited a year and a half to be adopted, or, was taken from birth family by the state between 1958 and 1960. It is also possible there are siblings.
