Looking for my half brother who was born in Detroit at Presbyterian hos. on July 31, 1951. My mother and his was a Miller (married name). Her maiden name was Pellowe. She gave him the name Steve Allen Miller. First name could have been Steven or Stephen. She was married to Gordon Miller who was not the baby's father thus the adoption.
