she gave up a baby girl about late 1950 to early 1952. The father is believed to be a married man from Augusta, Maine (possibly the Sand Hill area). Elsie was known as Mona. She died in 1978 under name of Mona Tucker. This girl was referred to by her as Rebecca. Nothing else is know. The girl would be my 1/2 sister and we have nother 1/2 sister whom would also like to meet her.
