Try Dept of Social Services in Boston, MA. They will send you a form to fill out put as much info as you have. Just put down you are a cousin. You may get non-id info and may be able to get original birth certificate. Also, contact DSS in Connecticut as they may have info also and Dept. of vital statistics amy give you a birth certificate. Dept.of Vital Statistics costs, but DSS doesn't. Good Luck
