I am searching for a male born around 1945-1947 in Hartford city to Maxine Ruth Kelly, and Roy Wilkins. The mother was ill and died two years after the child was born but she gave him up for adoption before she died. Last know information was he was adopted by family in delaware county. names and city are not know. Have been looking for this child for a long time. Any information would be helpful. Please reply
