I, christine guffin' edwards Iam your birth mother. You and your brother were taken from me per lie by the muncie welfare department because we were homeless. My mother and stepfather allowed me to stay at their home so I could get you and your brother back. The welfare dept had informed that they would keep you and your brother at the "childrens home". I immediately call the welfare and they returned your brother. However I was told that you were"gone". I contacted your father who was in the military, he was given special leave to come home from Thailand. upon arriving home your father, my mother and my stepfather went to the welfare office. We were then told that you had been adopted, all in a matter of about two to three weeks. Since I never agreed for either you or your to be adopted, I did not and do not believe it was or is legal. Iam sure they changed your name. I have never been able to get birth record or certificate. please know you were never given up for adoption. you have a sister. Again your birth name was CHRISTOPHER DIOR ANTONIO GUFFIN born 4/8/1966 @ marion county hospital Indpls, Indiana
