I am looking for birthparents or siblings. I was born @ Kings Daughters Hospital in Madison,IN on 10/30/1974. I believe my birth mothers name is Kathy Lynn Small & lived in New Albany,IN & moved to Hanover,IN with relatives or family friends until my birth.Tony Castor of Madison,IN did the adoption or represented my adoptive parents.If you have any information please contact me.
