Hi I am in search of birth mother of three boys taken from mom and put in foster homes in the 80's. in Miami Fl. The older son is George and the twin boys names at birth were Vincent and Alberto Garcia. Birth mom was from Cuba and was 23 years old when boys where in foster care. Their father, is possibly oriental and was in jail at the time. The twin boys were adopted by their foster mother who's name is Carmen.
The twins were told that they lived in a mobile home and, at the time DCF took them.
