I am assisting a friend in trying to locate her birth parents and/or any siblings. Her birth parent's names are William Norman Harris and Nancy Lee Hughes. Siblings of whose names are known are as follows: Michael, Keith, Mark, Chris (Christopher?), and Norman. It is known that she, Pamela Jean Harris (Cook), was born in Salisbury, Maryland but adopted out of Delaware. Information obtained thus far show the Order to Detain Michael, Keith, Mark, and Pamela was filed on 1/18/1974 with the Circuit Court of Wicomico County Juvenile Court, heard by Judge William W. Travers, with Joseph W. T. Smith signing the petition as clerk. Pam was born December 21, 1965.
