I am looking for biological grandmother. My father was adopted at birth. Her name is Berniece J or L. Hotchkiss, born 02/03/1913. She lived in Washington D.C. during 1945 to 1946 had my father in January 1946 at the Walter Reed Hospital. Apparently after my father was born she moved to Kingfisher, Oklahoma. f any one could help us with this it would be greatly appreciated.
