I am looking for Marshall Benjamin Jacoby. He was born Jan. 18, 1956 in Washington, D.C. to Robert and Marion Eyler. Marshall was adopted by Nan and Bill Jacoby of Washington, D.C. around 1962. His brother and sister are looking for him.
