I am searching to find the line of my great-grandmother, Evelyn Claxton. She believed she was born in Colorado, with the alledged birthday of 03 April 1911. She passed away in Lynnwood, Snohomish, Washington on 03 August 1988.

She was married to Clyde Garvis Morain on 22 May 1929.

If anyone can give me any pointers on how I might find her records, I would appreciate it. I believe she was a ward of state for a time, and was given into foster care of the Claxton family. Her family never spoke to her of her history, and so she never found out for herself.

Any help would be appreciated.
