I am looking for any information on a Belle Lamson and Ernest Cadwell. I have what we would called modern day "surrender papers" that state the birth parents of my grandfather. Who was adopted my Dr. Leon Emile Duval and Stella Duval (my g grandparents) I talked to the adoption agency who did the adopted paper work and they had said it was very rare for adopted parents to have those documents. If anyone has any explanation on how the adopted parents would of had such a document I would also greatly appreciate any information on a Belle lamson and Ernest Cadwell.
