Hello I'm searching for three brothers, two of which I believe were adopted together out of the foster care system. The first brother was born July 12, 1979 in California as Jason Michael Kemp. The second was born in California on September 2, 1980 as David Kemp The third brother is Jorge Arturo Saucedo born in California as well on Feb 15, 1987. I have been told he was taken to Mexico with his biological father who's name is also Jorge Saucedo around 1990. Any help with finding my brothers would be so incredibly appreciated!
