I am searching for any information related to the birth mother/family of Cynthia Diane Andrews, born February 1, 1979 at Baptist Hospital in Birmingham, AL. Birth certificate indicates that the mother, Lori Ann Andrews, was 15 at the time the child was born. Lori's address was listed in Ozark, AL at the time of the birth. Her mother is supposedly of full Mexican descent and her father worked at Ft. Rucker. I believe she may have had two brothers also. Any information you could share about Lori Ann or her family is greatly appreciated.
