I was adopted in Alabama in 1965 but unfortunately can not take advantage of the open records because I was not born in Alabama. My half brother was born in AL but will not request his OBC so that I can get the name of the BM from it. The maiden name was Taylor. He was born in Mobile AL and I was born in NY. According to the story the maternal grandfather was a Major in the Army or AirForce and the grandmother had some sort of diplomatic involvement. Brothers name at time of birth was Terry Taylor. I do not want to disrupt any ones life, I just want to know medical history and ethnic and ancestry. I think these are things that I can find out about without having to have contact if it is not wanted. Contact is not out of the question. I would not mind meeting BM and finding out who my BF is.
