I was born at 30a Cowbridge Road which I believe may be St. David's Hospital, Cardiff on 18 November 1948. I was adopted. On my Identify Card that I found when I was young my surname was Evans with an address in Splott Cardiff (can't remember the full address) I have obtained a copy of my birth certificate and my mother's name is stated as Kathleen Crowford Evans of 44 Union Street, Cardiff.
No father's name placed on Birth Certificate. Is there anyone out there who can assist
