I am ,Michael Steven Woods, born Michael Steven Macormac, 21 June 1953 at Maternity Hospital, Kirkcaldy, Fife in Scotland. I was adopted by an American couple stationed at Prestwick Air Base, Scotland in 1959 [big write-up, in all the papers]. At the time of the adoption I was in Dondonald House just outside of Ayr, with my sister, Mary Ann Macormac and, my brother, Daniel Macormac. I have found my sister and brother however, I'm looking for my natural parents. Ther names are/were: Father: Hugh Downie Macormac, Mother: Isabel (Rafferty) Macormac. They were married
4 July 1952 at 47 Church Street Glenroths(sp), Markinch(sp), Inverary(sp) county of Argyl. Last known residence of father was: H.M. prison Liverpool. Last known residence of mother was: 23 Mainholm Road, Ayr. Any help with these two would be greatly appreciated.
