My mother-in-law was adpoted in 1912, she was born in Lanarkshire. Her mother was a Margaret Docherty, Margaret was a domestic servant living at 284 Bath St.We think she worked for a Margaret Galbraith.

I was just curious to see if you had gotten anywhere with your search.
