I am searching for my cousin's brother. Of course he may not know that he has a sister. His mother's name was Mabel Groves and he was born on 17 September 1950 in Worthing Sussex.

I would love to find him..........before it's too late and it would give my cousin family.

Also when someone is adopted, I presume that they get issued with another birth certificate but could anyone clarify this for me please.
