myself and siblings were taken into care in 1994, a couple years later we were all seperated to be fostered,  my youngest sister was the one to be adopted,  she was bought up to believe she was theirs,  and had no other family,  she should be about 20 or 21 now,  I dont want to pay to go into a register because I highly doubt shell be looking for us if she doesnt know about us. I only know her as sue anne drew but her surname was changed,  I don't think I'll get anywhere with southwark social services either, so any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated, thank you
