My name is David Leeland and I am almost 100% sure that the Cecil you mention in your post is my late grandfather Cecil Henry Leeland. I'm afraid I don't believe I can help you as to who your grandfather's birth parents were, but you may be able to help me out with information about my grandfather and great grandparents. I know very little about them and have no pictures whatsoever.
