I am not too familiar with more recent adoption laws..can anyone help out?
The birth parents were mentally challenged..but one was normal at birth for sure so...Birth mothers parents arranged the adoption against her express wishes...but nothing she could do.
I would have taken him! They told nobody.

Not much information. He was born in Hants appx 1990.
I would love to be able to at least know he is ok...and to tell the birth mum.
