Did you ever find out what happened to your mother Vivian Ethel Frances Pipher?
I am pretty sure that she was the daughter of one of my father's sisters, who died tragically in Ontario at the age of 24. Vivian came to England in 1938 aged 15 with her grandmother, Ethel Alice Constance Mussell. She married David Reeves in 1953. He died in 1985 in London but by that time he appears to have been married to someone else.
I have not been able to find out anything more about Vivian. If you have any further information, I'd appreciate you contacting me.
