I'm searching for my aunt's birth mother, Rosabella Bailey. My aunt was born Ethel in 1929 and was adopted in London. I've found a Rosabella Bailey (Royden, Essex) in the 1901 census who at 50 was too old to be my aunt's mother but it's an unusual name so she could be a grandmother perhaps Can't find my aunt's birth registered anywhere although I have her birth certificate - and have now drawn a blank.
